    Pros

    Decent pay and benefits including a little discount.

    Cons

    No work/ life balance as promised. You can have every other weekend off but in order to get that you would work 3 days on, 1 day off, 6 days on, 1 day off, 1 day on, 2 days off.

    Advice to Management

    If you want to attain these difficult goals, you need to start treating your employees better.

    It's very family friendly. Almost everyone is great to work with and target carries quality products so it's also a great place to shop.

    Cons

    Overall retail can be tough especially working days like Thanksgiving night or Black Friday.

    From the start, my STL expressed interest in having me grow as a TM. She often gave me advice and allowed me to practice leading.

    Store was often such a mess that teams were working on other projects instead of their own goals.

    Taget accept flexible schedule, so if you are in school, they may be a good choice.

    Cons

    The interview process is too complicated. Online Assessment -> First Interview -> Second Interview. Paid rate is low.
