I have been working at Target full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

The people are great to work with. There is a lot of opportunity to grow and develop within role or moving to a new position.

    Cons

The leaders seem to stay in the same position for years and become stagnant and are often slow to change.

I worked at Target for more than a year

    Pros

Great for a fresher. The incentives that are provided are great.

    Cons

The senior management works on your side and gives you promotions only if they know you well and not depending on how you perform!! So if you are an introvert, it's a con.
