    Pros

    I get to be independent And work at my own pace. very easy job !

    Cons

    30 minutes to do big orders is absurd. can get it done if it gets stacked over each other.

    Advice to Management

    it would be nice if y'all would help !

    Its bad, pay was 8.25, no benefits actually very few people were full time

    Tend to lure scammers and thieves so employees must always be prepared for any tricks.

    It's a job that most people can do. (you put stuff on shelves, organize, help customers find things, etc.)

    Cons

    It's a lot of work during the holidays, since most people like to shop over there and buy everything the stores always changing to fit the season

    Advice to Management

    Great place to work for the most part very accommodating depending on location was very organized on schedule and planning who does what definitely recommend working there

    Pros

    The people I work with are really cool. I really like the enviorment because I work in a nice place where every one really like their jobs its better than Walmart for sure.

    Cons

    Some of the down sides of target are the scheduling. I can't speak for all of them but in my locations they have them all mixed up. I wish they had a better scheduling tactic.

    I have been working at Target part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Co workers are mostly fun and like to joke and be friends. Nice feeling with the store. Good all around feel.

    Cons

    If you are looking for some easy money during the summer or something this is not the job. It is a bit physically demanding.
