I have been working at Target full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of people interaction. You have the ability to work with a very diverse group of people. Always a fast paced environment with this that are ever changing.

    Cons

just like their motto, they expect more and pay less. Consistently raising their expectations and giving you limited to no resources in order to complete daily tasks. Little to no consistency within the company structure for what people say and what people do

I have been working at Target part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    they hired pretty much anyone

    Cons

They want you to "be flexible", by which they mean come in on your days off and/or stay late, but they can't "be flexible" when you need some time off because let's say for some ridiculous reason such as your husband is coming home from being deployed over sees. Also, don't get a major illness or injury because even if you can still work they will cut your hours to almost nothing and throw you in the back so no one will see you. Anyways the list can go on forever those are just two examples. And yes, I really saw these happen on a regular basis.

    Advice to Management

Let your employee do there job, don't make employees have to do 5 different things in 5 different parts of the store at the same time. And stop with the red cards, no one wants them, no one wants to be asked, and if someone really does want to they will ask.
