    Horrible pay
    Pay increases were minute
    Management were drunk with power
    Didn't respect minor work laws at all
    Rude customers
    Although we get discounts, 10% is a joke
    Made to work until 1 am or 2 am some nights when I was scheduled to leave at 11
    Time off is given on a "do they like me more" basis
    Rude management
    Breaks were not respected, sometimes wouldn't even get one

    Advice to Management

    MANAGE your management. Don't let them do whatever they want. Stop emphasizing "fast" with "friendly" service because most customers would appreciate time to put their money or credit cards back into their wallets before being rushed out of the store in order for us to get a "G" on our rating. Why are you so interested in only being friendly when they enter the store, but rush them out once they've bought what they need? Employees get treated like slaves. Allow us to report directly to you if our management is treating us like slaves.
