    Approves of CEO

    Pros

fast-paced, innovative environment; highly focused on career and personal development; fast-fun-friendly culture; great team to work with

    Cons

layoffs did not consider individual performance; business was flexible about hours, but workload was consistently a challenge; many layers of approval in order to get anything done; very interested to see the changes that new CEO will make, and whether or not it will help the business accelerate into the multi-channel space

    Pros

having Target to put on your resume is a plus. It also is a great job out of college and for entering into the business world.

    Cons

Poor performance does not seem to be handled well. Target does not really fire people, even if they are not doing the job.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your team! I know you all are always running off to meetings or travelling, but a lot goes unnoticed, and is hurting the bottom line, by not being more involved.
