    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Ability for advancement for those who work hard and are college degreed.
Great culture base, but does depend based on store leaderships influence.
    Fairness and consistency.
Clear and concise communication from headquarters teams.
Good communication from District and group level teams.
Clear and open expecations for every position.

    Cons

Ability to manage work life balance.
Recognition is not always consistent from senior leadership. It is stressed at the store level, almost force fed, but not always received in such a manner.
Employee morale is generally good from store to store, but can be inconsistent depending on the leadership at each store.

    Advice to Management

Feedforward based advice/help rather than some times having a "gotcha" approach to problems and problem solving.
