    Pros

Target is a good place to have a job. They are good with Teens (starting at 16 Years) to have them out of work by 9:45 p.m. This is to ensure the student is having time to arrive home at a decent hour and not leaving the store in a dark parking lot.

    Cons

Target has many opportunities but you have to be perseverant with your job requirements and communicate to the team leaders when there is a problem. It is a retail job and there are many demands that some do not anticipate.

    Advice to Management

Be more aware of schedule needs and have better coverage to offset call-ins.

I have been working at Target part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They try to work with team members to meet scheduling issues. There is room for advancement if they like you enough to work on development.

    Cons

The management is unlikely to jump in and help team members take care of tasks. They expect so much to be done with little time and help.

    Advice to Management

Instead of the ETLs just walking around critiquing things maybe they could actually try to help people out.
