    it is a steady paycheck and insurance. cameras! must be willing to sit down for long periods of time to watch the cameras

    Cons

    its target i rather shop than work also everything is micro managed. they want to focus on devepoping you rather than the actual work

    Advice to Management

    give everyone a pay raise. dont expect for everyone to work hard if you play favorites. give out incentives to do a better job
