I have been working at Target part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great friends, Great minimum pay, and sometimes a fun job.

    Cons

Horrible hours and management does not care about employees. If you change availability because your part time and have school they never schedule you again leaving you struggling to pay for college.

    Advice to Management

Care about employees and what goes on in their life and help them work around it instead of never scheduling them just because they can't work maybe one or two days a week.

I worked at Target full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

At first they make you feel great, free food every friday to look forward to ( fast fun and friendly friday)

I worked as much as they threw at me and I loved it as at first.

    Cons

If you cannot do it, you lose your hours.
You live on minutes and if you cannot do your job or do everything and more you will be fired

    Advice to Management

I would say management needs to understand the people they are hiring, understand we are hurting when already when we are hired in and should aware, of our economy and fight for us.
