    The money is awesome, and the team members are great.

    Target will work you to death. They don't care about you at all except for the fact that they can use you to make money.

    I have been working at Target part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    The position is all pros because you only have 2 jobs -Assist Guests -Put out stock As long as you accomplish the aforementioned tasks, you're fine.

    Cons

    Leadership has a couple of challenges with communication. It is not an issue for a professional or someone that has worked with a self-motivated attitude. It can be challenging for employees that require guidance and direction.
