I worked at Target part-time (More than a year)
Each day is a new and unique challenge. Somewhat flexible scheduling. Lots of opportunities to cross-train in other workcenters.
Lots of "he said, she said" in which communication was often diluted and misconstrued. Leading to constant phone calls and emails while off the clock. Lack of follow up and unable to keep promises. Do not expect internal movement unless you have 3 years at that position.
Advice to Management
Performance reviews should be based off an individual's work ethic and engagement within the company. Not based off years of service. Management
