    I worked at Target part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Most of the people i worked with all got along. We were one big team.

    Cons

    Management didn't appreciate all the work we did and long hours we put in even after our shifts.

    Advice to Management

    Show some gratitude to your overnight workers. They work a lot harder then most of the daytime people.

    Retail hours are difficult. It is hard to get full-time hours.

    Promote those who have proven reliability and drive, not those who fit a mold based on perkiness. Follow through on consequences for poor performance.
