    Brown Nosing gets you to the top not performance. You are only as good as your last visit. Politics

    Easy work
    Pay $10.00 an hour
    I work there part time.
    Don't think you can make a career out of working for target.
    Target is not a career job!

    Cons

    Training, target is not good at training there new employee. And target doesn't like to work with your school schedule.

    Cons

    Location, Loved Louisiana, hated Florida. Company all around cut back on team members, combining roles and this became disaster. Not enough employees for increased business and store hours

    Listen to team members, be flexible more during holidays. Understand Family is Important
