    Feedback to store team is sometimes biased. One store could be recognized for the same thing another store got criticized.

    -Everybody works together.
    -Keeps you moving.
    -Everybody's willing to help.

    -Can get lonely and isolated in the backroom.
    -Team Lead can be unnecessarily strict, especially to newcomers.

    Advice to Management

    -Take the time to know your employees and not put so much pressure and hate onto them for trying their best.

    They will work with you and your schedule.

    Cons

    Management is only worried about covering their own butts. They will tell you do something and if what they tell you turns out to be wrong they will tell higher level management that we didn't pay them any mind.

    Very clean store, well run store, dedicated employees. Seemed like they often promoted within.

    Cons

    For the paygrade, it seemed like people took it super seriously, but that's great for the company/management so I don't know if it's a con. Just why I wasn't thrilled working there at 19.

    40 hour work week, Can have a good relationship with coworkers

    Cons

    Management does not care, Compensation does not reflect the work you put in, Lack of recognition, Barely any growth opportunities

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees like people, not as rocks to step on and crush in order to get yourseld promoted. If an employee wants to grow within the company then help them instead of acting like they arent worthy.
