    Team Members get a discount on merchandise

    Target does not care about you. If you show up for your shift, your reward is having to work for those that didn’t show up.

    Advice to Management

    Fire the people that constantly do not show up.

    Every thing is fine as a team

    Cons

    Nobody cares about the apparel department so it puts so much pressure on the team that's works in apparel and accessories. Only when store visits come which put double pressure on the team, soon as the visits done so are the leaders

    Advice to Management

    Take some advice from the team members. Or actually try to do a zone with them, to get a better understanding of the work load
