    Pros

This was a good place to work. Manager was great at helping out with my flexible hours. The work was fast pace but management was help full and always available

    I worked at Target full-time

    Pros

Attracts talented people but doesn't have the foundation to develop and retain them

    Cons

After 6 months Targets "Fast, Fun, and Friendly" culture became "forced, unfriendly feedback ". They meet monthly to discuss mandatory "top" and "bottom" performers; collectively working on plans to "squeeze" out an employee.

    Advice to Management

Culture change is needed in order to succeed. It is evident from the stores personnel to the unstocked shelves your employees are no longer motivated by an atmosphere built on intimidation.

    Cons
