I have been working at Target part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible scheduling most of the time and competitive pay for retail. Most people are very pleasant and great to work around.

    Cons

The hardest workers get rewarded with more hard work and the slowest workers get rewarded with doing half the work their counter parts do. Some Team Leaders don't take responsibility for bad decisions and won't hear out team members when there is a difference of opinion

    Advice to Management

Spend more time recognizing your hard works and giving them rewards for a job well done
