I have been working at Target part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Nice discount
    Decent pay
    Fun work environment
Lots of opportunities to move up/around the company.
    401k matching
    Super flexible
    Very supportive management team

    Cons

Scheduling can be frustrating, but they are generally willing to work with you on the schedule! If your team isn't happy it can make for a challenging work environment... other team members always seemed to have a lot to complain about, but I really like working there and feel that as long as you stay positive and work hard management appreciates it and the work goes fairly easy.

    Advice to Management

Continue to do a great job being flexible with scheduling and so supportive of your team members, especially those with mental health issues.

I have been working at Target full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Can grow with the company and transfer to any Target across the country. Can obtain knowledge about different processes through out the store. What you put in, is what you get back.

    Cons

At times can be very political. Sometimes skilled people with substance are overlooked for flash. This is expected, as alot of companies are similar.

    Advice to Management

Keep listening to the stores team members and leadership.
