I worked at Target part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone was helpful with getting a job done.

    Cons

pay wasn't based on experience "everyone starts with the same pay"

    Advice to Management

If you hire someone with an extensive customer service background in retail, maybe you shouldn't insult them by giving them the same pay as someone with no or little experience.

I worked at Target full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay, customers were nice, constantly changing work environment.

    Cons

Once went four weeks without pay and no manager or HR cared untill I stressed I haven't gotten paid yet and for some reason, they thought I was talking about my pay rate? (which I still don't understand why) My department felt like a one man team, because it was just me and my boss who was CONSTANTLY behind on paper work, so work days that he was in with me would seem like I was alone cause he was in a bad mood because how much work he had to catch up on, unless it was a total emergency, like a guest complaint or something along those lines. Rude managers who were constantly stressed out and would never allow you to ask questions. Seemed as if they would micromanage people they didn't like, just to get them out.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your team and don't just brush it off when the conversation is over.
