    Pros

    If you are young, shapely, blond with blue eyes you will go far.

    Cons

    Favoritism is rampant. When they come tell you they gave the job to some because of this or that or your weak point was this or that, don't believe it, they were gonna hire someone's sister all along. Seen it more than once. Poor wages, poor benefit package for the hourly employees.
