I worked at Target part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Employee discount, supportive coworkers, working as a team, managers back you up when customers are rude, scheduled breaks

    Cons

Long hours, discount could be better, supervisors sometimes expect too much of the fitting room associates- like getting several carts of unsorted clothing put away in just an hour.

    Advice to Management

Make sure that the other departments are responsible for their phone calls, letting calls ring back to the operator makes guests angry.
