I'm ready for whatever job you assign me every job I've had I learned less then a week jobs I never believed I would learn so trust I'm not a person to let someone down I have the biggest heart in the world that's why I believe work becomes I will take care of store like I do my family.

    Pros

Room for growth, tuition reimbursement, feeling valued, ETL and STL are very approachable

    Cons

Not enough people on the teams, no hours to add people, streatched very thin as a team lead

    Advice to Management

Continue to seek new talent from within, not many companies do that any more

    Pros

My HR team rep was very willing to work with my schedule. I was allowed most of the time I requested off, and when I wasn't allowed the time, it wasn't for lack of trying. My Target store was clean and safe to work in, and my coworkers always treated me respectfully.

    Cons

My biggest con is the push to sell Target cards. Your rating as an employee was docked if you didn't meet you monthly quota. Most of my co-cashiers and I only barely met the quota (and sometimes not at all) as a form of moral protest. I worked in an area plagued by bad financial habits for most families, and none of us felt right selling our customers into more debt by pushing a credit card onto them.

    Advice to Management

I'd like for management to encourage their employees to help the company grow by offering Target cards, but not docking them for not meeting the quota. Perhaps an incentive program rather than a demerit program would be more effective for Target stores in areas where credit card sales aren't doing very well.
