    Pros

Good pay, good hours, fast pace

    Cons

Management does a lot of micromanaging time

    Advice to Management

    Some managers show favoritism.

I worked at Target full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The job was easy and the pay was really good. Benefits were OK.

    Cons

The shifts were 12 hours and you were basically on an OP all night long by yourself. No music, nobody to talk to. The DC was dimly lit and overall it was just depressing. Some of the long term employees weren't that friendly either.

    Advice to Management

Allow the employees to listen to music. They say you can't for safety reasons but at Amazon they always had music playing.

  3. "Fast paced"

    Pros

Ability to switch position after 6 months

    Cons

Fast paced quota driven. Training limited.

    Advice to Management

Allow more time for associates to learn and become faster at picking goods.

I worked at Target full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    *Good pay(started at $15.50 + $1.00 for 3rd shift= $16.50)
*Clean warehouse made me like my environment and working more
*Loved that they actually trained you before you were put to work
*Definitely will work for a bigger company from now on, smaller companies cant afford half the things Target afforded.
*Good people, I think they were happier because they paid nice, so they worked longer and harder. A plus for everyone.
*Multiple break rooms, and plenty of individual training periods, some days we trained the time we were supposed to work, appreciated these breaks out of the routine, thanks.
*target is just a very good company, in every way.

    Cons

*strict about attendance after the first couple of times, but it's pretty much no warning then last warning, so watch attendance(like ANY job though)
*Its seems like there wasn't really much promotion. Though I left before even finding out. Although I did get paid $16/hr, which is good, it made you think I wonder if this job is a dead end job. This made me pursue finishing my college degree even harder.

    Advice to Management

uh, definitely warn people early about the severity of punishment on attendance, how long it takes to get there, and that you are counting their attendance totals, and that it can harm their overall performance.

I worked at Target part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get to do nothing all day and get paid for it. Never had a easier job well worth a go. Thanks target

    Cons

They don't let you drink alcohol on site or take drugs so the day can be quite boring. And the managers are idiots who don't know nothing

    Advice to Management

    Give more paid days holiday
