    Pros

    - Team Development - Business ownership focus - Great culture - Great guest perception - Strong financial foundation which allows for growth - Growing online presence

    Cons

Work/life balance can be a challenge; changing nature of retail landscape can make the workplace frenzied at times but ultimately very manageable with good planning.

    Advice to Management

Continue to focus on the team's work/life balance; efficiencies and priorities.

I have been working at Target full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Decent starting wage. Good work/life balance as you're eager to escape at the end of the day and put Target out of your mind. Merch discounts.

    Cons

The work is simple, but a great deal is expected to be completed in very little time. No accountability for irresponsible team members, and little appreciation for hard workers.

I worked at Target full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Everybody was pretty friendly and the atmosphere was very positive. Enjoyed coming to work and felt accomplished at the end of the day

    Cons

Like everywhere else, communication is not the best. Also my department was pretty understaffed and we were struggling to keep up, but management didn't seem to want to make hiring more people for us more of a priority.

    Pros

Laidback, Works around schedule, co-workers are same age

    Cons

NO communion, NO motivation to push sales, move us to other department, get's mad at us for leaving our department. Tells us one thing and expects us to do the other

    Advice to Management

Don't give us raises a month before you raise minimum wage. Increase pay for special TM especially when you throw us in other departments.

I have been working at Target full-time for less than a year

    Pros

If you have a good work ethic, you will have great job security. They like warm bodies, especially ones that actually work.

    Cons

Not much room to expand beyond your position or to get into management. Not sure I would want to seeing how much stress they deal with on a daily basis. Also, most training is a total joke.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your minions, some of them have some good ideas.
