    Pros

Great if you are an intern, or are able to move up.

    Pros

I got the opportunity during high school to get some much needed experience in the retail world. Target was a great place to learn and grow. They were always very flexible with my schedule and understood that my schooling was my top priority!

    Cons

The things I did were very repetitive (comes with the job) so sometimes I was easily bored. I also had to work with some bitter co-workers who, although didn't want to make the effort to move up in the company, complained all the time about how they weren't making seven figures.

    Advice to Management

Thanks for giving a chance to us newbies to get a taste of the retail world. I learned so much during my time there
