    - good opportunity to gain hr experience for entry level job

    underpaid and can be extremely overwhelming to work in open office setting

    nice schedule time and good money

    Cons

    not enough hours and management are a little testy attitudes could be less intimidating for such a great buisness

    Advice to Management

    dont hire so many ppl always try to give assiotes atleast 33 hours a week

    The team was so much fun, if i ever wanted to transfer to a different location all i had to do was ask. If i ever wanted to switch to sales floor i would just ask and it was also a raise.

    having to deal with rude people but that comes with every job

    Awesome pay, very friendly guests and positive atmosphere!

    Cons

    Low hours but if you’re available, you will get called in!

    Advice to Management

    Take notice in your hard working employees. Competition is everywhere and your employees with awesome customer service should get the hours.

    Pros

    They do a good job of making you feel like you’re apart of a team, offer community outreach opportunities and treats their employees fairly.

    Cons

    Depending on the retail location and the volume of customer demands / runs you need to make to get merchandise on the floor; it could become overwhelming when you are alone, which was pretty common for me.

    Advice to Management

    I’d say plan for more people to be working different areas in small teams if able, instead of only one person per area.
