    Advice to Management

1430 need new management because the management team there ia horrible. The will critisize all team members but can handle getting critisized.

I worked at Target full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Focus is there for development as a leader, you will be stretched with the unlimited scenarios you'll manage through, and you'll most likely meet a lot of great people along the way.

    Cons

Standards will always be high, but payroll/resources will most of the time not equal them. They believe in their college graduates, and often they will end up advantaged over tenured executives. Pay for Executives was always fair/good, but for all other positions was never enough for what was asked of the roles. Advice to Management

Retail is a tough industry, pay your associates up front, rather than training them in the short term for other organizations long-term. College Executives have many great attributes and are cheaper than those with tenure, but don't take for granted what those of tenure have done and will often continue to do even during the learning curves of those working to realize their future potential.

I worked at Target part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Working in the back room is kind a hard then a team member on the floor because you have to be very fast for the batches that drop every hour. Pay is good starting $8.25 instead of $7.25. No body bothers you in the evening shift you are your own. They are very good with giving breaks and lunch on time.

    Cons

You have to work in the -20 deg cooler, fast pace, lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders while holding 25 lbs of weight., too much back stocking, less hours.

    Advice to Management

Don't give everything to one person hire more people so people don't quit because of over load work.
