    I worked at Target full-time

    Pros

The people I worked with were great.
    The company policies were clear.

    Cons

The management was awful--rude and disrespectful. They treated us like children. We would be reprimanded by being put onto the sale floor for talking to the other employees.
Customer service work is difficult in itself: shoplifters, people stealing money, rude customers, very kind, but slow customers.
