    -easy to move up the ladder if you work hard and express interest -lots of benefits -fun work environment

    Cons

    -Sometimes toxic and unexperienced mangers (ETLs and TLs) -15 cent yearly raises -will move you up if you have educational experience

    Good work environment, relatively easy work compared to some other retail stores.

    Cons

    Policies change often, managers can be inconsistent, cross training is rare, barely any room for upward movement.
