    Pros

    Flexibility to work in different areas of the store. I worked almost all team leader positions and enjoyed the change.

    Cons

    Resources are limited. Work is challenging when there is little time and staff to support you.

    Working along side the team would help

    Co-workers were my hilarious people to work with. They made it worth it for a while.

    Horrible management. Executive Team Leaders who do not work along side you.

    Pretty flexible scheduling once you've been there awhile

    high pressure for what you get paid
    stressful
    management is hired only for college degree, not leadership experience so most of the executive team leads are not good leaders
