I have been working at Target part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Team oriented.
    Regular hours.
    Early mornings.
    Always something to be done.
    Good communication.

    Cons

Schedule changes are multi-step and not always approved.
    A lot of heavy lifting.
    Not very flexible.
    Saturdays are mandatory.

    Advice to Management

Some things that are asked of the teams are a little unreasonable with the expectation of all employees being a perfect employee. With this in mind, there is a level of frustration when things don't work out to these high standards, and a lot of stress to fit that "perfect employee" model.
