I worked at Target full-time for more than a year

    Pros

401K match and Vacation Time Off was good. Good experience for a first job.

    Cons

Target (at least the several stores I was in) was very much so cliquey and definitive in groups of being on the inside and outside. Terrible communication from upper management to store levels. Finding time off was hard because there's always a new holiday. Work/Life Balance was awful as well. 60 hour weeks usually, more like 70 if you're in Logistics. It was experience that got me the job I have now. If you're willing to grind it out and have no life outside of work for a couple years, go for it. I personally would not go through the experience again.
