I have been working at Target full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Employee discount of 10 percent. Matching 401k up to 5 percent. Decent benefits from what I hear.

    Cons

Very tight crew so with call outs inevitable you are constantly calling for fast service (back up from other departments) however other teammates can be slow to respond or not at all. Cant leave front end to restock check lanes and end caps or take your break unless you have someone to cover but no one likes to cover or respond at times meaning you cant finish tasks or take a break.
