    I worked at Target part-time

    Pros

    Good pay, Discount at Starbucks

    Cons

Associates will rat you out for complaining about unfair supervisors, company is too sensitive overall, discounts are minimal and don't really add up.

    Advice to Management

If someone has good performance for the three months they're working, and then just two bad days, it's not worth firing over. Pick your battles.

    Pros

Great working experience and work environment.
    Always doing something.
Old manager respected us and treated us as equals.

    Cons

One manager ruined everything. She made us feel lower, not doing well, and overall unhappy. Very two-faced and rude. Didn't treat seasonal well and didn't talk to all of us about our job through our experience from the few months. She only talked to one seasonal, I had to go talk to HER to see if I had my job or not. I was told they are supposed to talk to other employees about the staff member. She did not.

    Advice to Management

I am very unhappy that she is in charge of the staff. She truly took advantage of us and made everyone feel lower. Since my interview with her she made me feel like I was the bad person. The issue is that the rest of the managers see it and don't do anything about it.

    Pros

As a cashier, you get to meet great people.
They work really well around employees who go to school.
    10% employee discount.
Nice work breaks and lunch scehduling.
Can expand to be taught to work everywhere in the store if you ask.

    Cons

    RED CARDS ARE HELL!!!!
They made me hate my work. They kept pushing you to get people to sign up for Target Credit and Debit cards, breathing down your necks to get one everyday.

    Advice to Management

    Give people a break.
    Get rid of RedCards.
Meeting are important, start with that
