I worked at Target part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great pay for an entry level position and will offer over time during holiday season.

    Cons

sometimes it can be a bit of a hassle to take more than a week off at a time. Though I believe this was do to the people I had to talk to not the company itself.

I worked at Target full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Positive Culture, Team Oriented, Leadership Development is a priority, good balance of results with engagement strategies

    Cons

Adjustments made to compete in new retail landscape make for a lot of indecision or missteps operationally. Still a sound company with good future potential
