I worked at Target full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great people and there's an opportunity to grow or move around.

    Cons

Few working managers, very silo'ed and restricted within the job description, will not be empowered to go beyond titles.

    Advice to Management

Empower and give the power to your management to make decisions.

    Pros

Regular hours Decent pay and benefits Amazing budgets meeeehhhhhhh

    Cons

A lot of talk about change and big ideas, but NO one wants change or think big. The culture is too conservative and to fearful of ANYthing. ANY thing. Followers and sheep with little vision.Absurd amount of managers

    Advice to Management

keep up the "vanilla" culture! it takes you to the same spot you are.

I have been working at Target full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Huge budgets. Great projects. You get to work with some great agencies and photographers.

    Cons

Many in management are fools. Their careers have only escalated because they know how to hire well but they themselves are talentless. You get a creative title but are either doing production work on campaigns that other agencies started or you're managing agencies.

    Advice to Management

Ask employees about the upper management. There are some high level folks who make it a bad place to work. You can tell they fear those who are smarter than them.
