    Great Pay, Great People, Employee discounts, I love my job!

    Cons

    Hired full time. Work 40+ hours/week. Was told I'd get benefits in 90 days - this time frame has come and gone and my HR Lead told me store employees to not get offered benefits until after a full year of employment. This puts me in an extreme situation as I to pay out of pocket for my maintenance meds. I've been with Target for 8 months.
