I worked at Target part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

No Pro's to be totally honest.

    Cons

Customers are really impatient, managers are really entitled and disrespectful, your safety is not a concern to the management team what so ever.

    Advice to Management

You are not the CEO of the company, so stop acting like it. Be more respectful and courteous of your employees safety and concerns. Stop acting like your so entitled and above everyone else when you clearly aren't. Management and employees are both human beings which should both be treated fairly with the same level of respect. And keep your promises, I was promised at the beginning of my interview that I would be lead up to being promoted into HR within the 1 month of me working there. Clarify.

    Pros

Good team. Discounts. Flexible hours. Day off requests usually approved. Other than that not much else to say

Improve wages, communication. Incentives for opening target cards instead of cutting hours of underperformers. Learn to appreciate your team better
