I have been working at Target part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Management has been helpful with any problems that come up. My coworkers are great overall. They are pretty flexible with my school schedule.

    Cons

Management fails to communicate with me fairly often which can be frustrating. Hours and scheduling can be inconsistent at times.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to better communicate its intentions to team members. Whether it be a change in scheduling or a change of work center, all details should be discussed.

I have been working at Target part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None really. Able to see merchandise before customers, hiring for the holidays. 15 minute breaks, snacks in the break room.

    Cons

Lack of hours, 10% discount only if you have target debit, Target credit or cash. Also you cannot use discount on baby products or groceries. No real training, paid every two weeks. You have to supply your own red shirt.

    Advice to Management

Up the discount! You want us to slave and go over and beyond for customers but most employees can’t afford to shop there. No way employees should have a work schedule for 8 hours a week.
