I have been working at Target full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's a fun atmosphere, not as busy as normal Starbucks, mostly fun people

    Cons

Forcing red cards even if you're at Starbucks, the politics of the store, sneaky people in charge will go behind others backs to get what they want, walking on eggshells constantly, expected to reject your life just to work, unable to take your mandatory breaks
