    Pros

    Pay is good, time off is also good.

    Cons

    Hours are long and scheduled overtime during busy seasons can be very difficult on work/home life balance.

    The pay is great.

    Cons

    You are selling your soul for slightly above average pay. The managers are militant, the work is laborious and they are greatly unethical.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in employees, this is place is run life a prison camp. The work environment has a lot of room to grow.

    Pros

    Good pay
    A LOT of overtime

    Cons

    Very physically difficult after time.
    MANDITORY overtime up to 6 days a week with 1 day off in between.
    No tolerance policies. They will fire you over anything.
    Almost impossible productivity goals.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more people. Get a competent HR system. (Still waiting for my log in numbers and my first pay check. It was due a week ago. Hired on 3 weeks ago.)

    Cons

    Unless your in management nobody cares about you and they work you like a dog. This place needs a union they keep changing rules and structure it's just a headache

    Try working for once real work not sitting in your meetings talking about what your guys plans are for the weekend
