    Pros

Love environment its very nice and they all work together to make the store the best possible for the customer.

    Cons

Gets boring when its not busy. I feel very crowded sometimes but not really. I do love my store though.

    Advice to Management

Have a better not scary approach on some of the new employees. But overall its a great place to work.

I have been working at Target full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are a handful of really cool and helpful people. Extra incentives, such as attendance contests, lunch provided by Jimmy John's, pizza parties (when I was scheduled off), and manager cooks breakfast (again, I was scheduled off for that day).

    Cons

They expect you to do the work of two or three people and pay very little. Coworkers have gotten 3 or 8 cent raises at their yearly reviews. Gee, thanks Target, THAT will really help my bank account! (Most) Team Leaders do very little work.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more! They bust their humps to meet the very demanding time restrictions set upon them. Don't be so afraid to get in there and help when need be.
