    I worked at Target part-time

    Pros

They are good at switching people to jobs that they would like to be in. Give opportunities to learn new skills like making labels for them etc.

    Cons

There was a lot of busy unnecessary work. Some of this work involved me moving away from my station at Electronics when I was the only one there to clean a section on the other side of the store. This is when we were busy.

    Advice to Management

I would say keep people in sections that they feel most comfortable. Do not try to take them away from that section and then blame them when they cannot answer a call or help a customer in their original section.

I have been working at Target full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great team, always willing to help others.

    Cons

    Little raises,
Only people who move up are friends.
    Way understaffed
    The college interns are nasty
Employees steal and the staff is forced to quit if they availability changes .
Worse company' I've ever worked for
Oh and the managers all gossip about the team members.

    Advice to Management

    Really look Into your stores
