    Advice to Management

Hire more to boost customer satufaction and make more sale instead of try saving money and have no staff on the floor

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Target full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A lot of room for moving up in the company. They have great managers and employees depending on store and district.

    Cons

If sales are down everyone will feel it. The managers get rude, the employees get stressed and no one is happy. There needs to be a better way of communicating

    Advice to Management

Check peoples background before hiring them!
