I have been working at Target full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Friendly fun environment, team work ethic (your not alone to work on projects) stress work life balance, employee extra benefits like cookouts during work, activities as in communities events to attend. Able to cross train in other areas of the store.

    Cons

Large workloads, lots of multitasking between workload, backing up register, pushing product to floor.

    Advice to Management

Hire more effective and productive team members. District needs to a lot more hours to stores to fulfill the daily demands of tasks.
