I worked at Target part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Cool store, great products, cutting edge future stuff, easy to pick up shifts.

    Cons

Being a 'Large' outfit, everyone is replaceable, be ready to fear for your job constantly. Middle management shows their management skills by being agressive towards everyone below them, it can be very not fun and or frustrating. All target jobs are essentially part time, for students who live at home. DO NOT TRY TO LIVE OFF A TARGET JOB.

    Advice to Management

Hire ETL's who lead by example, not ones who just shout peoples names into the walkie constantly, trying to get everyone used to hearing their voice, it's disgusting listening to bullies on the radio all shift long.
