    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Target full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Excellent culture! You truly make an impact on so many lives! Compensation is the best you'll find! Work life balance is what you make it!

    Cons

It can be challenging to get some of the targets given the resources you are allowed. I know this is the nature if business but it's an added complexity when your leadership mandates that you need to use more payroll than forecasted in certain departments and still hit payroll goals.

    Advice to Management

Let your goals align with your direction.
