I worked at Target full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

If you're looking to work in retail Target is a great company to be apart of. They are changing a lot with in order to stay competitive.

      Cons

The job has long hours often about 10-12 per day. It can be hard to hit metrics with high turnover depending on the type of talent that your HR is able to bring in for your department.

      Advice to Management

Make sure you're working with your ETL to solve problems not just asking what the problems are.

I have been working at Target full-time for more than 4 years

      Pros

Okay pay, paid vacation and sick days, cell phone plan discounts, other great employee benefits

      Cons

Unfortunately everything varies based on the location you work at. One store’s management and HR might genuinely care about its team members and treat everyone with respect, and another store location might talk bad about you and pick on you if they just don’t like your personality. (I traveled in the district and experienced the differences in store culture firsthand.) Great if you get lucky and work at the right location...
