    I worked at Tarshan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The company is now merged with another company and by itself was a good place to start consulting career.

    Cons

    Too much dependence on a fixed set of clients. Should have tried to get more clients.

    Advice to Management

    Would have been better to continue as independent company.

    Pros

    Good learning experience on Oracle BRM
    Excellent senior resources
    Good compensation structure with no variable pay
    Well stocked pantry
    Employee friendly policies

    Cons

    Onebill team sometimes take more limelight than consulting despite the fact that consulting brings in the big bucks
    Need to bid for projects independently rather than deploying resources to other big vendors
    Wide disparity in compensation between people of same qualification and experience which needs to be addressed
