I worked at Tascet full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None that would warrant any logical person to accepting employment.

    Cons

Late paycheck, sometimes six month late
Extremely poor executive management, senior leadership rules with fear and no transparency.
    Long pointless meetings.
If your point of view isn't Larry Aubols it is wrong.
Executive managent not willing to alter vision to actual sell it's product.
No real organizational structure or clear direction on what needs to be accomplished.
Great vision but no actual execution, CEO seemed to be afraid of failure.

    Advice to Management

Sell your idea to someone that has the knowledge and courage to actual do it. Get your shareholders some pennies on their hard earned dollars.

I have been working at Tascet full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It is hard to think of one. In concept, they may have had a chance before the birth of biometrics by the mobile industry. But with this, you will carry your identity with you in a very protected platform. Why on earth would I give it to an unknown private company.

    Cons

Plain and simple this CEO is fooling its investors and I feel bad for them. These investors put their trust in someone they should not have. In my short time there, I was unpaid for over 3 months and yet Larry considered this perfectly fine.

    Advice to Management

    Get a good lawyer.

    I worked at Tascet full-time

    Pros

The pay is good, when you get it. Great office location.

    Cons

    Payroll is often behind.

Long hours are expected even when payroll is behind 3 or more weeks.

Management does not communicate with employees nor do they respect employees.

Management cannot convey their ideas clearly. Ideas are often implemented on a whim with very little thought, research or development.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your employees.

I worked at Tascet full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Interesting work and most people are nice to work with. Has a great location downtown Madison.

    Cons

For past couple of years, employees rarely got paid on time. Management acts like this is no big deal and won't even communicate if or when you will get paid. CEO also expects people to work long hours, even when there isn't much work to do. He doesn't seem to appreciate that people show up even though they haven't gotten a check in several months. There are also some long, meaningless meetings.
