    Pros

    1. Process oriented
    2. Tech driven
    3. Good Rewards & Recognition scheme for employees

    Cons

    1. Sales has transcended departmental boundaries. Almost everyone from Operations to Training are involved in Sales.
    2. Appraisal is based on your relation with your supervisor. If you are good on that, this is La La Land. If you not adept on this, you are nowhere. Though this applies almost anywhere, but it is rigorously practiced in its spirit.

    Advice to Management

Do take steps to connect to the ground staff (employees, to be particular) without waxing eloquence. Consider a 360° appraisal process.
