    Pros

    Hire freshers out of college

    Cons

Mostly everything. If you like have unqualified, mean closed minded managers go for it. This whole h1 visa thing is a joke. I love Indian people but whenever a company is 90% one culture and group of people it's going to have major problems. It's an Indian company for Indians.

    Advice to Management

Stop being an Indian company and be a global company.

I have been working at Tata Consultancy Services (North America) full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Large global footprint, excellent talent pool impressive list of current clients in multiple industries. Overall offers a good path for career growth.

    Cons

Antiquated processes, too focused on moving talent to / from India rather than the consistent delivery of professional services, limited infrastructure and support for local employees.

    Advice to Management

The company needs to truly become more global in its focus and expand beyond its roots of importing tech talent from India - especially with new immigration processes it make sit impossible to correctly staff projects.
